How will KiwiBot refine it's features?

KiwiBot is currently in it's BETA development phase, meaning features are still being introduced and tweaked, along with the bot's upvote amount. Currently, the KiwiBot staff team is trying to introduce as many features as possible, with another 3 or 4 still being planned out. Once all features have been pushed, lesser used features will be inspected and tweaked/removed depending on how much it has been used. From there, more used features will be grown to better match what the users need.

How will KiwiBot grow?

100% of profits coming from the subscription service will go back into further advertising the bot through larger Steemians, other outside sources, or buying more Steem Power. As of right now, 100% of profits are set aside to rent Steem Power from either members of KiwiBot or potential members, allowing KiwiBot to offer a subscription as a part of the transaction (Private Delegators).

Who are our customers?

Our customers are minnow bloggers looking to improve their rewards from their posts. While we would love to gain more whale customers, most of them do not need to $.06 upvote. We hope to further gain customers by creating a referral service, pushing customers to advertise this service to other people while keeping the bot in profit. We also try to connect to authors with a large followings and somehow create a deal including them advertising our service in one of their posts.

Delegators/Investors

Delegators

Private Delegators - People with a significant enough Steem Power to assist in raising the bot's upvote value. Must approach or be approached by @KiwiJuce3, where a deal will be worked out for either a 1 time payment for a certain length of a certain amount of SP being rented to KiwiBot or will use MinnowBooster leases to ensure both sides can be trusted.

Corporate Delegators (SP Investors)- People with a significant enough Steem Power to assist in raising the bot's upvote value. Corporate delegators will receive 50% of the bot's profits, split evenly among each corporate delegator (example - KiwiJuce, as a corporate delegator, delegates 400 SP to KiwiBot. There is 800 SP delegated to KiwiBot from corporate delegators, so KiwiJuce will receive 25% of the bot's profits)

Steem Investors

Removed.

Extra Profits

Once every so often KiwiBot will sell it's votes down to 25% to @smartsteem as a way to gain quick rewards and raise it's SP through curation rewards. The bot's upvote value will be low for about 4 days, but will recover and the customers reimbursed with a higher upvote value on posts after the 4 days. This higher upvote value will come from buying more SP using the extra profits. For instance, if we gain 4 STEEM selling our votes to @smartsteem, we will use the 4 STEEM to invest into more SP, and will keep the upvote percentage for each user the same. With the increased amount of SP and the higher upvote value, we will give back to our customers higher upvotes for 7 days until we recalculate and rebalance the upvotes.

KiwiBot Staff Team

As of right now, the only member of the KiwiBot staff team is @KiwiJuce3 (hey, that's me!), with all of the posts being written by him and the bot and Discord being run fully by him.

Plans for the future.

We aim to raise our upvote value up to $.10, selling that for 1 STEEM per month, and use all proceeds from there to continue to raise the upvote value while capping the maximum upvote someone can purchase at $.10, allowing us to better manage having tens of posts created daily without the upvote value taking too large of a hit.
