Well yes! You will see this banner on kk music related posts. You can also find us with the tag #kkmusic. These were all posted by musicians and avid kk music gig-goers. Some of us, like me, has just started steeming from the end of January this year (2018) and some just joined today. The first ones (that I know) joining Steemit are @emmanuelnukchee, @v1tko. @darryljonesjr and me . We love being here. Automatically, we start to introduce Steemit to fellow musicians. One by one registered. Introducing is easy but once they've gotten their password, we found ourselves explaining and teaching the same thing, over and over again. I am not complaining. These things kept my mind busy and gave me the practices I need in terms of speaking to other people.

Thank you @emmanuelnukchee for introducing Steemit to us. We never knew it can be a part of our lives now. Why Steemit is very important to us. First, the exposure. With Steemit, we can show our art here, painting, design or music. Any kinds of art and you might not know who's reading on the other side of the earth. YOU CAN GET YOUR MUSIC OUT THERE!! Not just out there like the other part of the world, but other people around KK now know that there's music scene here. There's good music coming from KK too. Second, musician can get side income. To be a full-time musicians are hard since the demand of local band is low, thus payment is low too. Lastly, the friendship between musicians in Steemit. Since the circle is still very small, you won't be passing by not knowing your fellow musicians are on Steemit and connection made through building community.
