Political campaign reaching its climax in Kotido municipality...?!
The social scene today was full of activity as the president himself, HE. Y.K. Museveni was hosted. He came to back his party's candidate in next Fridays upcoming bye-elections for the newly created Kotido Municipality.
In the end all he said was let the best man win.
