중국에서 가장 우선시되는게 민법인데 작년말에 몇몇조항이 개정되었습니다
그중 민법111조에서는 사이버상에서 수집된 개인정보에관한내용이 개정되었구요 그 내용에 맞춰서 사이버공간관리청에서 가이드를 낸것이라고 보여집니다
개정된법은 정부허가없이 수집된 개인정보의 가공 사용 전달 등을 하면 안된다고 명시되어있습니다
이 법개정이
정부의 허가를 받은 더키에게는 아주큰 호재라고 저는 생각됩니다. 거의 독점 인정인것 같아서요
추가로 127조도 개정되었는데
가상공간에서의 재산(비트코인 ,게임머니,게임아이템) 등을 재산으로 인정하고 보호하는 조항이 추가되었습니다. 올해부터는 이러한부분을 바탕으로 재판과 판결이 나올것이고. 재산으로의 인정은
