낚지는 끓는 육수에 살짝 데쳐 꺼내야 합니다.

디포리 또는 멸치에 각종 야채를 넣어
약한 불로 육수를 끓입니다.

육수가 준비되는 동안 낚지를 손질(내장,눈.입제거)하여
소금에 깨끗이 씻어줍니다..박

재료준비 끝

준비한 육수를 다시 끓여
야채와 낚지를 넣습니다
낚지는 가능한 살짝..데쳐주세요..

술과 함께 즐깁니다.
소스는 간장에 와사비 넣어..

마지막으로 육수에는 라면을 끓이면 최고죠..
