-There are several kinds of attack a TCR can be susceptible to. Naming a few:
Spam attack a well-funded entity by submitting a large number of low-quality applications. So placing an initial quality check for the applicant and the documents submitted or high fees for the TCR process does the trick.
Second type is 51% Attack when a well-funded entity acquires 51% of token causing changes to voting rights on application parameter which can be solved by forking the smart contract, finding out the malicious curator and airdrop new tokens to all other minority curator
Sybil type attacks where applicants can bring fake voters during the curation. Stringent KYC and the algorithm of machine selecting the anonymous and random voters during TCR minimizes the occurrence of this attack.

Can one TCR token “nest” inside another?
-There is no standard for TCR yet. So there is nothing to say you can't write smart contract to do that.
