RE: Why Join SteemitBuilder?

in #kryptonia5 years ago (edited)

I'm interested in joining but I can't find the needed info to actually make any calculations. Can the 1 steem for 1 share be claimed back or does it first take multiple years to recover the initial investment ?

Thanks for the info

Hi @costanza, apologies for the late reply. We don't provide any ROI calculations as our SP varies quite often and this makes it a nightmare to calculate. We aim to provide around a 0.01 upvote for a 4.5% (3 build / steem) entry fee. This would mean you get ROI in approx. 1 year. We keep a minimum base level SP so that you can calculate from there, we're usually over the base level, so normally ROI is quicker than 1 year. For example:

Phase #2 = Minimum 3000 SP subject to change when we renew our delegation. Our current SP = 4386

That means we're almost 50% over the minimum SP, we call this extra "gravy" so that it makes it easy to explain. We currently have 1386 gravy.

No, you can not claim back the 1 Steem, the registration fee is non-refundable and is used to power up to provide us with a little extra SP for each build we sell. You can check our wallet to see this is what we do, as our delegations are provided by our sponsors.

If you are interested in joining we suggest you be quick as we are rapidly running out phase #2 builds which will mean we close registration temporarily while we move towards phase #3.

Thanks for the info, I've send 12 steem to get some phase 2 builds and test it out. I really appreciate the effort that is put into the website. Good luck with your project
