Native Chicken
If you are familiar with this breed of chicken in the picture it is what we called native chicken. It is one of the common domesticated fowl in our country. It is very helpful for us because they are one of the main source of eggs which we usually eat during breakfast and also use as an ingredients in any other viand and making cakes and the like. Aside from that, their meat is cooked in different dishes and the most common is fried chicken, adobo, lechon manok and many others. For me, native chicken is best when it is made into soup.
