So, I judge an exchange not just by any issues they have but by how good the response is. After using Binance & Poloniex I can safely say that KuCoin support is far better than the rest.

I had a problem with my 2fa on my account so I contacted support and within the same day they completely resolved the problem for me so I could get back into my account. Comparing that to experiences on Poloniex where you might wait months for a human response that doesn't even solve your problem.

Also, another thing to look at is the high of Ku coin shares hit when the market was mooning. If you were to buy in at this point 17/07/2018 and wait for a similar peak you could be looking at 6X return.
