Kirstenbosch, its always greener on the other side!
We all know the saying "Its not always greener on the other side of the fence", well in Cape Town the Southern side of the mountain seems to always be green :) Below is a picture from this Sunday of the back side of table mountain taken from Kirstenbosch botanical gardens. In the midst of one of our worst droughts when most of the Western Cape is a dust bowl, there is always an oasis to visit where one can go to remember what green grass looks.. or what grass feels like under your feet :)

Kirstenbosch is fed by mountain streams so they're mostly sorted for water🙂
