"Going-to-the-Sun Road" Glacier National Park
I'm not sure why - but I really liked Glacier National Park more than Yellowstone. Perhaps one week in Yellowstone was too long (but I was really happy to have been there).
But when we got to Glacier National Park I was really blown away. There's a road named "Going to the Sun Road" that winds up mountains. This shot was taken near the top and to get an idea of the scale, you can see some cars toward the bottom of the image.

I've always wanted to go there
Definitely make a trip! Be sure to go when it's warm as they close the roads during the winter.
Do the roads get blocked with snow? Or is it too dangerous with ice?
Yes - and yes. Be sure to check online if you are planning a visit in the autumn or spring as they open it once the roads are clear.
Will do!
