A river is like time
It is flowing by us at its own pace, sometimes fast and other times slow, and it is up to us to acknowledge it or to let it pass by.
Don't let your time (and rivers) pass by you without recognition. You might miss a few precious leaves floating by.

Those are really quite nice photos of rivers. I thought for a moment that they might be the same one but I'm feeling like they're actually several different places, or else the landscape changes quite a bit.
Just how many different rivers/place are represented here would you say? And over how long a period of time, since it sounds like they weren't taken over a short period.
They remind me a lot of where I live with the evergreen trees and the snow capped mountains in the distance, as well as running through farm land. The one that tells me its not is the one with the snow on it. :)
