What I did was, slow the shutter down to 1/10th of a second, F11 and then zoom with continuous shooting mode. did it handheld too.
Yes, forgot about Tree Tuesday, I have another portrait one which looks like the forest of Endor scene out of Return of the Jedi. I'll post it up :)
