Freemasonry - The modern day version of satanism carried on combined with technology and secret knowledge based around mathematics used to strategize and rationalize evil by reducing it to mathematical equations - machine thinking plus satanism as described above. Modernized evil religious control for higher echelons of society wrapped in fraternity and ritual- Nothing good.

Notes - Freemasonry while largely known about is one of those "Open Secrets" where people are aware of them but think they do little more than have extended frat parties, this is the public perception of the situation that They themselves have fostered over time.

Back in the old days of rulers and slaves, stonemasons, the ones who would carve the stones to build the pyramids or whatever would be enslaved and subservient to the rulers but a number of masons would be awarded certain privileges for keeping the rest in line and leading the building projects that had been desired by the rulers, these privileges equated to more freedoms and thus the Free Masons were born, a sect of humanity gifted with certain higher knowledge yet still controlled enough to ensure the designs of the true rulers were carried out.
This I think is how the Freemasons became what they are.
They hoard sacred knowledge given to them long ago to help them build for their masters and its evolved in this modern time into an organization that just manages and shadows the various structures in the world.
They still withhold all the primitive teachings of satanism that endorse doing evil to their fellow man but rationalize it not as worship to a god of evil but a god of weights and measures, their "Tetragrammaton", using designs like the black and white checkerboard to reconcile evil by saying it is inherently linked to good and therefore necessary in the grand scheme of life, therefore ok, nay, vital...

If this is what they choose to embody so be it but many are deluded through years of indoctrination just like Scientologists are but This is a secret society that has gone back hundreds if not thousands of years and has influenced some of the greatest minds and personalities of the past and the funny thing is, we all kinda know it, its not exactly a secret, the only secret is what activities these societies actually participate in.
They band together to increase their influence.
They show loyalty only to their own despite whatever fields they may regularly engage in public service or no.
They traffic and enslave people for their own sickened ideas of what sexuality and pleasure really are.
They engage in evil to "Bring Balance" and write off everything negative as a matter of mathematical fact.
They lie, they cheat, they kill, they scheme, they don't care about people or even their lowers members.
They are and always will be just a manipulative old cult that had too much power and access to technology.
Fancy titles and uniforms to convince lowers they deserve awe and respect.
