Leadership is a skill like any other practicable, learnable skill and also it is something you work. If you work hard then you will be the good and strong leader and vice-versa. If you didn't work hard in your group and didn't co-operate with other people in business then you will fail. You have to help other people in need and indeed. You have to take help from them also. If you become selfish and think that you are superior and others are inferior then there are many chances to get a failure in your life.
