People are the same everywhere and when you are able to lead people effectively to bring out the best in them, then you can deal with any kind of people. We need to imbibe the leadership attitude and set flames on.
I said earlier, leaders are not necessarily the best head but those who help others to fulfill their visions or dreams. Be a leader in your own capacity wherever you find yourself. When as a leader you achieved a goal, and those who contributed to it don’t feel like they are part of the result, then you are not leading appropriately, and you are simply an opportunist. Being a leader is different from being an opportunist. When you are a leader, you drive people towards a common goal and give them credit for it while being an opportunist means you would rather ride on the head of people just to achieve your own selfish interest. Seeking to make a name only for yourself at the expense of others makes you an opportunist. Getting a result doesn’t necessarily make you a leader.
A lot of people think they need to seek for a political appointment before they can become a leader. You can be relevant where you are if you only follow your passion and you can bring the best out of people. It starts where we are. When your life is attractive and you command attention, people will definitely want to follow you. People are interested in those who are interesting.
Leadership has nothing to do with your temperament. I keep reiterating that it is not for the most qualified or someone without flaws. Regardless of your temperament; whether Phlegmatic or Choleric etc. it is about your attitude. When you have that leadership attitude then you will know how to drive people to be the best for themselves and also manage them well. Leadership attitude can be learned.

A leader must be reader to build leaders, setting a pace and route for them to follow. A term team work is what makes a leader really a leader not a man business like bosses do with their employees. A job of a great leader is to help his team succeed how by seeking their opinion and then never remain static by going a little farther in acquiring knowledge that could drive his team to the next level in all ramifications.
Being a leader doesn't necessarily mean someone occupying a political office, you could be a leader as your field of studies. Many leaders and just a positional leader that's leader as a title just like majority of our political leader, they aren't really a leader but confused titles-holder.

Yes, we don't necessarily need to hold political offices before we can spread our leadership skills. We should spread it right where we are so we can inspire others to be the best they can be, right where they are too.
