Apply the same methods of practice used for the previous chords. Once you have mastered putting your fingers in position for the “F” chord, alternate between the “G”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “A”, “B”and “F” chords until transitioning can be done quickly and smoothly.

It's a wonderful way to relieve the stress of the outside world. Just breathing with a few chords can be very therapeutic.
