Buenas tarde, aquí le traigo unas técnica de mano alzada q nos ayuda a desempeñarnos en la área de dibujo, esto nos permite a darle soltura a la mano y a relajar la mente al momento de hacer un dibujo a mano alzada.
Mayor mente yo lo utilizo para de estresarme, para tener mejor imaginación a la hora de diseñar y resolver mis actividades
