Review of Jing-Si Books & Cafe
A very quiet place to work, enjoy your afternoon or evening with a pot of tea or a cup of coffee. There are few power plug under the sofa seat area.
They serve quite a varieties of tea from Taiwan and the staff service is nice and polite like you can find in Taiwan.
In front of the cafe, it sells assorted item from packet rice, noodles, dry snacks, tea bags, books and workshop courses as well.
Operation Hours is from 12PM until 8.30PM everyday. Weekdays are usually the off peak days where you can enjoy the quiteness.

Nice to have quiet time to read books and enjoy tea..nice Tzu Chi cafe..
I'm not sure whether they have books to read thou.. I saw it's more like selling books but bring your own reading book just in case 😬
