Let's Eat is now on Soliciting Power
We have been working hard at Let's Eat to lay the foundations for a great experience.
Today we got listed on Soliciting Power which will help us incentivise usage of our Steem App.
Let's Eat
Let's Eat will reward people who make reviews on the Steem Blockchain about Restaurants, Cafes or any food establishment they visit. Posts are pinned to a map in the app which makes it easy to find and review nearby places when you are out and about.
Let's Eat is not just about Restaurants, I have used it to post about picnic spots, market stalls and even pubs.
If you can eat there you can post it on Let's Eat and get rewarded from the Steem Blockchain.

This site is the brainchild of @roelandp. If you want to support Steem Projects/Apps with delegation you can easily browse projects looking for delegation and see some stats and info about the projects.
Delegation for Let's Eat
We already have a beta andorid app and development is moving on to tools which help us appropriately incentivise content and gamify the user experience with upvotes. As more and more people use our app we want to reward them for contributing to the Steem Blockchain.
We are now looking for delegation from the community to support this project.

The aim with delegation is to incentivise people to produce reviews for the app with upvotes in a responsible way. We will not upvote plagiarised or low quality content.
The app is targeting short reviews but even a single photo of a place can add significant value for travellers looking for a place to eat.

Sure thing, they are the hardest places to find and no apps do them. Just use the add review at my location button in the map view to pin it to the map.

Review at my location is a great feature! I hadn't considered how excellent a picnic location review category is!
This makes me think that the app might need a few internal tags. The same tags could do it, but after letseat maybe a category tag, like restaurante, pub or picnic.

The plan is to let users filter by tags, we still have to add them but my plan at the minute is to automatically categorise stuff based on the photos and descriptions. I want to take as much work out of it for people using the as possible.

We are not taking any percent at the moment, in the future we may take a percentage like other apps.
