I recently went to London and stayed at an AirBnb that was located near the Park Central cafe. I stopped here twice for breakfast during my stay, once with @eveuncovered, and once by myself on the way to catch my flight to Dublin.

The first time I went I decided to get what was called a 'Fresh Start'. This consisted of Greek yogurt topped with berry compote, oat granola and goji berries. It felt good on the stomach to start the day after a night of drinking.

Across the table, @eveuncovered started the day with a cappuccino and a croissant, which looked awesome. She also had a really good looking fruit bowl that I did not take a picture of, but it was definitely super fancy.

When I went back the second time I was much hungrier and needed to catch a flight. I decided to order 'The Royale' which consisted of an English muffin topped with Scottish smoked salmon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. This was a phenomenal breakfast. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by Park Central it you need a good breakfast in the area.
