Thank you, @abh12345. We're glad, too. I guess injuries can be sustained at virtually any velocity but fortunately, it's tough to go very fast downtown with the traffic and such. Still fast enough to get through a red light and in front of someone. :)

Yeah, so my wife was crossing on a green that barely turned yellow when she was in the middle of the intersection, so the lady that hit her ran a standing red light. In other words, she wasn't trying to get through from a green to yellow to red scenario. It had been red the whole time she was heading towards it.
Her birthdate makes her 78. I know not all old people lose their ability to drive, but I am wondering if maybe she's falling into that category.
