To facilitate the officers in the implementation of the Bride Candidate Course, the Office of Religious Affairs of Kecamatan Lapang make the scheduling policy of the Bride Candidate Course not conducted every working day, but is held every Wednesday in every week with the implementation time of about 3 (three) hours. In its implementation, the Bride Candidate Course on Religious Affairs of Kecamatan Lapang is held in the marriage room which is relatively big size, but if on the day of the course is held procession of marriage then the implementation of course have to be implemented in office waiting room.

Based on the interview of the author with the bride and groom who have attended the course, In the course of the bride candidate in the Office of Religious Affairs of Lapang District, given the material of Islamic law to the prospective bride such as tawheed, worship, munakahat and morals and daily prayers and prayers . In the execution of the Bride Candidate Course at the Office of Religious Affairs of Kecamatan Lapang conducted by lecture method about Islamic law in general and ended the question and answer session between the bride and groom as the course participants and the course counselor. Each bride and groom as a course participant is also required to read the Koran and other compulsory readings such as prayers in prayer and daily prayer are heard by the counselor and corrected in case of mistakes. To all the bride and groom candidates as participants of the course of the bride and groom who have attended the course are given a graduation certificate signed by the Head of Religious Affairs Office of Lapang Sub-district as well as Chairman of Marang Subdistrict Advisory, Supervision and Conservation (BP-4).

In the Implementation of the Bride Candidate Course the Office of Religious Affairs does not charge any fees from the participants, and since effective the course is followed by all couples of the bride and groom except for candidates whose spouses are domiciled outside the district of North Aceh, the dispensation is given for the reason that the distance is far away.

From the description above, it can be concluded that the implementation of the course for prospective bridegroom citizens Gampong Kuala Cangkoi Lapang District to be married implemented by the Office of Religious Affairs District Lapang required for every married couple that has been effective effectively starting in March 2010. KURSUS CALON PENGANTIN DI KECAMATAN LAPANG

Untuk memudahkan petugas dalam pelaksanaan Kursus Calon Pengantin, maka pihak Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang membuat kebijakan penjadwalan Kursus Calon Pengantin yang tidak dilaksanakan setiap hari kerja, tapi dilaksanakan setiap hari rabu dalam setiap pekan dengan waktu pelaksanaan sekitar 3 (tiga) jam. Dalam penyelenggaraannya, Kursus Calon Pengantin pada Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang dilangsungkan dalam ruang nikah yang ukurannya relatif luas, namun apabila pada hari kursus tersebut dilangsungkan prosesi pernikahan maka pelaksanaan kursus terpaksa dilaksanakan di ruang tunggu kantor.

Berdasarkan wawancara penulis dengan calon pengantin yang telah mengikuti kursus, Dalam pelaksanaan kursus calon pengantin di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang, diberikan materi hukum-hukum Islam kepada calon pengantin seperti masalah tauhid, ibadah, munakahat dan akhlak berumah tangga serta doa-doa dan amalan harian. Dalam pelaksanaan Kursus Calon Pengantin pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah tentang hukum-hukum Islam secara umum dan diakhiri sesi tanya jawab antara para calon pengantin sebagai peserta kursus dan konselor kursus. Setiap Calon pengantin sebagai peserta kursus juga diwajibkan membaca Al-Quran dan bacaan wajib lainya seperti doa-doa dalam shalat dan doa sehari-hari yang didengarkan oleh konselor dan dikoreksi bila terjadi kesalahan. Materi yang diberikan kepada para calon pengantin yang mengikuti kursus calon pengantin pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang adalah tata cara dan prosedur perkawinan, materi pengetahuan Agama Islam yang meliputi adab dan tata cara membaca Al-Quran, tauhid dan sifat dua puluh, bersuci dan ibadah, hukum munakahat dan undang-undang perkawinan, hak dan kewajiban suami istri, psikologi perkawinan, manajemen keluarga serta doa dan amalan harian.

Dalam pelaksanaan kursus calon pengantin pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang, para peserta tidak diberikan modul atau buku yang berisi materi yang diberikan, begitupun para peserta kursus tidak membawa buku catatan dan alat tulis untuk mencatat materi yang diberikan konselor. Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis, pelaksanaan kursus calon pengantin pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang hanya diselenggarakan 6 (enam) jam atau lebih tergantung kepada banyaknya pasangan calon pengantin sebagai peserta kursus pada hari tersebut. Kepada semua calon pengantin sebagai peserta kursus calon pengantin yang telah mengikuti kursus diberikan diberikan sertifikat tanda kelulusan yang ditanda tangani oleh Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang yang sekaligus Ketua Badan Penasihatan, Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan (BP-4) Kecamatan Lapang.

Dalam Pelaksanaan Kursus Calon Pengantin pihak Kantor Urusan Agama tidak memungut biaya dari peserta, dan sejak efektif berlaku kursus tersebut diikuti oleh semua pasangan calon pengantin kecuali bagi calon yang pasangannya berdomisili di luar kabupaten Aceh Utara maka diberikan dispensasi dengan alasan jarak tempat tinggal yang jauh.

Dari uraian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kursus bagi calon pengantin warga Gampong Kuala Cangkoi Kecamatan Lapang yang akan menikah dilaksanakan oleh Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang yang diwajibkan bagi setiap pasangan yang akan menikah yang telah berlaku secara efektif mulai bulan Maret 2010. Sebelum mengikuti kursus calon pengantin di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Lapang, calon pengantin diwajibkan mendapatkan bimbingan dan arahan dari Imum Gampong atau Imum Chik Masjid khususnya terkait dengan materi hukum Islam. Pelaksanaan kursus bagi calon pengantin dilaksanakan sekali dalam seminggu dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan materi tata cara dan prosedur perkawinan, materi pengetahuan Agama Islam yang meliputi adab dan tata cara membaca Al-Quran, tauhid dan sifat dua puluh, bersuci dan ibadah, hukum munakahat dan undang-undang perkawinan, hak dan kewajiban suami istri, psikologi perkawinan, manajemen keluarga serta doa dan amalan harian
