Everybody has a decision to make in life but we all think that everything will soon come to us. We believe that life is not good to us but we all fail to understand one thing which is:
life will never give you what you deserve but what you decide
The quote above explain all you need to know about life.
You deserve to be among the best but you are still among the rest. You deserve to be in your own house (not just a house but a mansion) but you are struggling with the payment of two-bedroom flat's rent. You desrve to be driving the lastest car (not just any car but the latest and not just the lastest but your wish) but you are still battling at the busstop. You deserve to be called master but you are still a servant to some people. You deserve to be married by now but you are still afraid of your standard of living.
All your wishes are your desires that is what you deserve but it is as if you don't know how to do it. It is as if the rest are the only one that are destined to succeed but I say no because:
wealth is not a property of the Americans nor poverty an inheritance of Africans but success is a product of the mind.
Please pay some attention to the quote above and you will realize that:
- You are a determinant of your success
- your success or failure starts with you.
- your success is a function of your behaviour and environment.
The long waited question now is: how does my behaviour determine my success?
The answer might be ambiguous to you but what is your attitude towards success?
Are you the type that do believe that this is manageable. You are not anxious of trying new thing everything is just okay. You are employed to build someone's future and help achieve his dream. You can also be an employer of labour. So change your thinking because:
your attitude towards the latitude of life will determine your altitude in life
so I am imploring you to change your orientation because you can also be the best
This question is half solved but how does my environment affect my success?
This question can be related to in two ways because I am not referring to your city or town but I am referring to the people around you:
the people around me are successful
- yes I agree but why can't you supercede them.
Your mentor built his apartment at the age of 5oyears but do you believe you can have a house not even an apartment at the age of 40years.
the people around me are not that successful
I think this should be enough motivation for you if you are in this category. Let their life be a stepping stone to success for you and not a stumbling stone.

Success in life will be diffirent in definition. It depends on how people think about it. For some, being a school director or principal must be the experienced one and old. However, I am proud of having a friend who can be director at the his age of 25. He's young and not the experienced one, but a hardworker and fast learner. It means that "The people around me are that successful".
