You've written the best go-to guide for getting adequate sleep - the why & the how.

With the numerous digital distractions that we have today, many of us are just tempted to squeeze that one more thing out of our day before we crash in a heap every night. I am guilty of this.

If we don't make changes soon, we'll pay a heavy price with the onset of poor health.

I agree. Smart-phones, tablets, laptops, and the constant onslaught of new digital content distract us from sleeping as much as we should. I believe we've already started paying a terrible price for this.
