A leader must give room for personal growth.
You'll loose your progress if you do not grow.
1 cor 15;10
Growth is what we must be intentional about.
Be prepared for all the categories of people that comes to your Church. Grow to accommodate the tomorrow that you hope to see else, that tomorrow would not come.
You grow to achieve your dreams.

And above all, it is important for you tongrow as a member of God's kingdom.
