For example when the people i was hoping to hear from, don't even call, including my own father :-(

That is very sad. I know what you feel because it happens to me every year on my birthday.
However, you should know that the number of people who are waiting for you, your publications of the wonderfulness of your life is greater than the group of people who, even knowing you, forget how lucky they are to have you.
