Zones of life. Comfort

The comfort zone is the one where we feel safe, where we know every inch, every particle of what is around us and where we are simply totally satisfied.

In this area we are following a boring life routine, we have no goals to achieve and the challenges and objectives we set ourselves are simply nothing compared to what we can achieve. Staying there, doesn't let us know!

In the comfort zone we are so used to problems that we don't pay much attention to them and if we look for a solution, it is a temporary solution. We don't take the time to learn from it and do what we can to avoid committing it again and we don't do it because we believe that they are normal, and in reality they are the ones that unconsciously forbid us to move forward, to grow, to succeed in life.

People who are in the comfort zone, it seems normal to them..

• Leave your dreams behind and look for a stable job to meet your basic needs such as food, rent, utilities, etc.

This is what most people do with their lives. Perhaps because from an early age they impose these beliefs of studying to get a job and then support a family but where are our dreams? Our vacation to Dubai? ejeje

• They're used to a monotonous, boring life.

The usual routine. Waking up and then going to work from 8am to 12pm, going home for lunch or dinner anywhere near work, returning to work and staying there from 2pm to 6pm, returning home for dinner and then sleeping to get back on track, and they do this on 90% of the days of the year.

• They don't set themselves big goals that require them 100%.

The goals they set for themselves are so small that they know they are going to accomplish them and they will not have to sacrifice anything. They have such a misguided concept of effort that only 50% of their capacity is required, thinking that this is 100% of them or because this area does not require more.

• They're afraid of failure.

It is human to be afraid, the problem is when we allow that fear to prevent us from doing the things we want and/or must do to improve as a person.

People who are in the comfort zone are not able to see the experience, the learning that the mistakes or failures we have in life leave behind.

So....

All these situations, attitudes seem normal, but they are really preventing you from prospering, improving as a person and that is where the importance of leaving the comfort zone and moving to the learning zone lies.
