CHILLI LEAVES BECOME CURLY

Why do the chili leaves become curly?
Does the curly chili leaves can serve the survival of the plant.
Will it produce maximum chili pepper if the chili leaves have become curly?

Chili leaves become curly caused by the attack of plant-disturbing organisms or pests which are included in the type of curb lice. According to the chilli growers, curly leaves can be overcome, but if I personally better I pull them out and replace them with other chilli seeds. Chillies that have curly leaves gradually grow into stunted and can fail to harvest.
