Hello friends of Steemit, I recently spoke to you about the silent depression and today I want to share with you some steps to fight it.

As I said before, depression is a very common problem that affects the majority of the population regardless of their age or gender, can suffer both children and the elderly and that is why we must give due importance to this problem, to overcome this problem I will mention some tips.

OUTDOOR SALT

Do not stay indoors and go for a walk in the open air. This will make you feel better since being in contact with nature is very relaxing and beneficial for your mood. Go out and enjoy a little, sit in a quiet square or on the lawn of a natural park and relax.

PRACTICE SOME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

When we are depressed we tend to slow down our body due to lack of encouragement and it is as if we did everything with apathy and slowness.

For this, it is recommended to practice some physical activity since endorphins that are generated during aerobic activity are a natural remedy to combat depression.

By just exercising a couple of hours daily you will be full of energy and good humor.

SOCIALIZE

When we are depressed it is normal to isolate ourselves, but loneliness is not a good company, so it is imperative to avoid being locked in and alone at home.

Call your best friends or try to meet new people, the support that you can provide these people will help you improve your mood. This is one of the best and most effective recommendations.

SLEEP WELL

Follow a regular sleep pattern. Some people during depression tend to suffer from insomnia or sleep excessively, it is advisable to sleep the usual 8 hours.

While we sleep, we also reduce the emotional impact of the situations we experience during the day, so that we stop seeing the world through such a gray prism.

LISTEN TO MUSIC

Music is a source of joy and stimulates the production of endorphins, neurotransmitters that will make you feel more relaxed and happy. Therefore, whenever you can, enjoy your favorite music.

EAT HEALTHY

It is normal that people with this problem tend to make bad food choices, affecting their health and weight. Therefore it is important to design a healthy and controlled diet in calories. This should be based on foods such as fruits and vegetables, whose contribution of nutrients help to improve our well-being.

MOTIVATE, THE SOLUTION IS IN YOUR HANDS

To culminate, beyond all the advice and methods that exist to overcome depression, it is necessary to remind them that the real solution is in their own hands.

You can only overcome this problem if you really commit, there can be many solutions and you can receive all the support of the world, but if you do not fully commit, there will be little that you can solve.

Be positive always and do not let anyone discourage you from moving forward, and remember how they say:

"Falling is allowed, but getting up is Mandatory".
