I would like to relate “Why we do and What we do!” with human health that is the most important and valuable aspect of human life. As we know ‘Health is Wealth’ and without a good health, there is no use of having a lot of wealth.
Why we do?
So, what is human health basically human health is healthy by monitoring his biological state considering it as it is utilizing his full energy sustainably. It should also be able to convert distribute or allocate it to the rest part of his body. In other words, a healthy body refers to a body that is free from any kind of disease further disease can be many types but they are mainly three types

1)Physical Health-

It refers to the visible part of the human body and any kind of disease that affects our physical, Anatomical & functional aspect of our body. According to an article published in British Medical General by AIMS study, most of our generation including youngsters are becoming the patient of Blood pressure that can because of heart, brain stroke, kidney disease growing rapidly that is known as the disease of old people and other types of disease. According to World Health Organization (WHO), 51% brain stroke I mean paralysis and 45% heart attack caused by High Blood pressure and in INDIA only 20% in Urban Area and 30% in Rural Areas blood pressure are controlled. According to AIMS analysis, almost 24 lacs people are dying from Heart diseases and almost 3 Crore people are suffering from Heart Disease due to our bad Life Style and competitive nature that leads to blood pressure.

2)Mental Health-

It refers to the psychology thinking of a human body. As we know INDIA is the youngest Country in the world but you know what is most painful thing about our young generation more than 90% youngsters are bound with their old thoughts and other social pressure now want to do something different and take risk for achieving their goal and just they want 9-5 job that is also known as safe job. That is the reason although INDIA has a maximum number of people, however, India is the biggest consumer in the world that can be a great opportunity if we do something for achieving our goals and break old formula and create our own formula. Science INDIA became free 71 years ago however the majority of the people remain the same.

3)Social will being-

It refers the human behavior that how we are living in the society, how we are adopting the new things and how we are communicating and engaging more and more with other people. So that we can be live happy. But most of the people feel jealous with others achievements that are really bad thing due to this problem people forget to enjoy their life which is available for them and invite various types of disease such as hypertension and anger that will affect really bad on their health.

What to Do?
As we have already talked about human diseases so to overcome with these diseases we have to do something for our better future so that we can enjoy our rest of life happily. We have to be aware for our health, as a result, we will be able to do our best in every movement of life because our life always challenges us and giving us the task to complete so we have to be healthy not by our body but also by our mind. According to the Research of Biological Clock which is awarded by Noble Prize, our body is strictly designed by the nature with specific routine the conclusion of this Research is that Our body send message to our brain in the night for sleep at 9 PM it is the best time to sleep but our generation is ignoring these messages and playing with their health and our body releasees Glucose in the morning between 4-6 AM that can be utilized only when we wake up in the morning early.

We have to afford some time for our health and we should wake in the early morning and go to the park or taris and do some yoga and exercise for our body and mind. Follow a good suitable routine and stop eating junk foods and start eating hygienic food. And stop feeling jealousy with others achievement and learn from their experiences and improve ourselves. In my opinion, our mistakes are our best teacher so don’t feel sorry for your mistake instead of feeling sorry we should learn from our and others failure because the second name of human is a mistake. It will be very helpful to increase our efficiency concentration and create a good relationship between.

As we know INDIA is the youngest Country in the world but you know what is most painful thing about our young generation more than 90% youngster are bound with their old thoughts and other social pressure but this the great opportunity for us to be a miracle again and compete with the entire world and do something for our Country.
As we know we have to “Risk it for Biscuit” for what are you waiting for go and achieve your goal of life. I am damn sure after implementing these things in your life you will see a great change.
And at the last, I would say-
