The Day Out of Time
For the Mayan culture the year ended on what today we count as July 24th, the New (Galactic) Year then begins on July 26th.
Wait.. are we skipping one day? Actually no, for them there was no such thing as “skipping” anything... see, this day was sacred and very special, they called it ‘The Day Out of Time’.
During this 24hour no-timeframe the Mayan #culture focused on releasing and forgiving, #meditation and inner work in order to recover #balance, the idea was to clean up the #energy field in order to get ready and be fresh for a new Galactic Year.
This special pause was a celebration to honor #creativity, #art, and #peace as symbols of the no-time.
They were aware of the relationship between the Sirius star and our Sun, at this very moment, they’re rising together which is considered a major event in terms of Cosmic Light. This new #Galactic year, in particular, seems to be quite special as it coincides with a soon to happen lunar eclipse.
It’s a day to feel grateful for life and #creation, during this period the #Mayas also honored #Water as a symbol of #life and #knowledge.
If you are reading this, take this couple of days of no-time to work on your balance, #mind, and #consciousness, nourish your creative #power through art in all of its forms and allow your creative mind to express #ideas into #reality. There’s a massive amount of Cosmic Energy available to all of us.
