In September, the time is considered to be the most beautiful in Mu Cang Chai, in the season of nine rice here as a yellow carpet spread. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the People's Committee held a paragliding festival with the name "Bay on the golden season", up to now has been held over 4 years. By the end of September, this event has returned, continuing the success of "Fly on the Golden Season 2017"
