There is such comfort in being invited-encouraged to REST deep in ourselves... to let go of the relentless "I must improve-change-upgrade myself". And from that place of deep rest, the fire of life and creativity and contribution springs forth without effort and with incredible generosity which, of itself, feeds and nurtures us.
