Life Blog : 081118 : 3 days to go!
3 days to go and I've crashed and burned.
It didnt help that I pulled my back out first thing this morning ~ that stuffed my day up. I've stretched and pulled and nada. This thing is stuck ~ I heard it get stuck too.
The good news is the deck is almost done. Things just need to go in the shed, I need to sew 3 more panels, a wash and tidy and that's it.
Yesterday was spent sewing the shade cloths together, pulling the cranes down and putting the balls up ~ which we prefer so much more. The cranes were a good idea in theory but once they were all up it didnt live up to expectations.
The balls give the space a uniformed look plus theyre weather proof so I'm glad that all worked out.
Another thing that got done yesterday was the mirror.
Ok, maybe it needs another quick coat of pva glue over the copper leaf, but she's basically done and needs to go up on the wall stat so I can stop looking at the point :D
What I really needed to do today was make the wedding favors but because of my back and lack of sleep (serious lack of sleep) I ended up procrastinating the day away while I waited for the groceries to arrive and now Im blogging..
Those favors aren't gonna get done today....
BUT. Overall there's not much left to do.
- A quick tidy of the front yard
- Tidy the deck
- Wedding favors
- Shirt and shoes
- Flowers
- Saturday clean up
- Pick up chicken and donuts
- Food labels
Ok.. maybe theres quite a bit left to do... 😱
Tomorrow is going to be insane.
I promise to catch up with everyone and everything next week once this craziness is over.

omg sounds like a lot of work you have to do!!! do you have anyone to help you at all? any family friends who you can load off to? I'd hate to see you exhausted on your wedding day and not able to enjoy it :(
Omg @vincy, I was exhausted lol I had 4 hours sleep and everything else to do when I got up 😱😱😱 but amazingly I did still manage to enjoy it and soak up some choice moments. I then passed out at 8pm 😂
Glad you still got to enjoy some of it if not most! Hope you have a very very relaxing honeymoon and not think about or do anything hehe
