I do agree with the faking it with confidence. A lot if people have learned this. I don't know if I agree with the lying to the children part. I agree we lie to our children but its really the why that is more important to me. The whole santa clause thing I get but I think it is extremely important to not take away their passion to believe. To believe in something they can not see, can not touch. I wouldn't take that passion away from my girls. I still see that passion everyday in them and I love it.
