Learning to be alone! Suicide Prevention!

Want to help someone? Teach them to be happy in themselves. Being alone isn't always a bad thing, it is when we give up that it is a bad thing. When we become happy in ourselves by ourselves we become free. When we are attached to what others think and need someone around and have no one to confide in it drives misery and pain in your life.

How do you get better? How do you get through it? Finding a person is just a crutch. Everyone thinks today that they need someone else to make them happy. They believe they are somehow broken, lacking, or inadequate if they are not constantly with another person. This belief is further pushed along by the main stream media, hollywood, friends and even parents many times. "When are you getting married?" gets really old fast hearing!

What do I do? I find joy in my work. I find joy in my daughter. I find joy in myself. Sure you get upset, feel lonely from time to time, even question why you exist at times.. BUT, once you rise through it all it becomes clear just how amazing you are! We all were put here for a reason, it is your job and duty to find that reason and live your life as much as possible to conquer that duty! What it is, is something only you can learn about yourself! No one can tell you how to be you! Learn quickly that you are the one who makes your world and that no one can stop you once you seize control of your happiness from everyone around you! Only you can make you happy, especially when alone!

Sure there are times you need a hug or a friend, but relying on that makes it like a drug! You have to take only enough to make it through, then learn how to get yourself happy without it! Simple changes in life can make the world of a difference in your joy! Watch how the people around you begin to take notice of your smile again! That is my greatest advice. Your smile is something only you can wear, and many fail to wear it.. It is the most depressing thing to see that someone is afraid to show the world they are happy.

So get out there, make some changes, help another person out, and SMILE! Even if you have to fake it at first, remember you gotta fake it UNTIL you make it sometimes! The old cliche holds true!
