Know your influence - I know all of us have a friends that we can easily approach if we need them. And you will ask them why this thing happens to me? and they will give you an advice and because of that you can discern if that advice is causing you a positive or negative effect.

Organize your thoughts - Positive thoughts turn on the "possibility" switch, when we think something good can happen, we take the right actions to ensure it comes true. Put into words the entirely of your thoughts the good and bad. Organized thoughts lead to a wise decisions.
