Change your lifestyle and get rid increasing health issues… suggestions especially for today's young girls..

Health is the basic right of every human being. Unfortunately today's youth is deprived of this basic right due to many reasons such as studies, small houses having less light and air and lack of physical activities.

Mostly we do our work with the help of machines.

My today's article is specially related to our youth health issues and how to get rid of them..

Here another big issue is this that man and our society consider woman less important than man..

In many families girls are considered low standard than boys and their health issues are neglected.. In old times girls were more healthy than modern age.. That time girls health issues were started after their marriage..

But nowadays another thing is tension and stress of education also affected their hunger and thus health.. Our youth don't eat on time and importance of food disappeared from their minds gradually.. Their daily routine is so much bad regarding their health..

In morning they either take a cup of tea on empty stomach or eat nothing in hurry.. Only one percent girls take proper breakfast daily. Even i remember my time that i did not eat anything in morning and daily went to college empty stomach due to stress of being late..

Today's youth do same and even don't eat anything during classes. At noon they are so hungry that eat junk food from cafeteria and avoid healthy homemade food.. Late night study, dinner and then sleep short after dinner is the main reason behind many health issues..

Here are some solutions for changing today's youth lifestyle…

Eat healthy and properly


Eat healthy organic food on appropriate time..

Breakfast..


Take dates, dairy products like milk, butter, eggs etc with wheat bread.. One cup of hot milk is better than tea or coffee.. Best time of breakfast is 7 or 8am.

Lunch...


Take veggies or meat in lunch at 2 or 3pm..

Dinner..


Dinner should be right after sunset and before two hours of sleep time. Take something light in dinner and don't forget walk after it..

Early to bed and early to rise is key to good health.. Our youth is now having bad habit of all night surfing on internet and then sleep whole day.. It's better to go to sleep in first part of night then get up early at 3 or 4am. This time is good for any healthy and productive activity as mind is fresh at 3 or 4am..

Scientists consider this time as most productive for brain so this is good time for study.. Who will sleep early will get up early, will study with fresh mind so will be hungry after early rising and will take breakfast at right time..

Eat in hurry as bad as eating poison..


Our digestive system works well when we sit and eat peacefully with no brain stress.. Stressful brain cause death of hunger and hence affect digestion also.. Walk during eat produce many health issues like food particles can enter bronchitis or drink water in standing posture can cause appendix issues..

Eat in hurry or worry can cause serious health issues..

Junk food affect health..


Burgers, cold drinks, oily and fried food, biscuits, chocolates etc have no healthy nutrients in them cause fats and we are obese day by day..

One healthy food one time is best rule for health.. Over eating is dangerous in all aspects and cause many health issues..

Our old respected people always ate flour with seed coats and were more healthy.. They took milk, yogurt, lemon water and organic tea instead of cold drinks, also used cereals.. These all things are anti constipation so their immunity was good and they had age more than 100 years..

Milk and yogurt increase hemoglobin but on other hand tea and cold drinks increase uric acid that cause backache, legs ache etc..

Power of belief and pray..


God is the utmost reality of world. Belief in Him results in peace of heart, love of nature, hate of crimes and many more.. Believe in God make a man peaceful,brave, honest and results in healthy, strong personality.

It is our duty that we should penetrate love of god and respect of elders in our youth hearts..We should teach them helping others specially their elders and family members..

It's our serus duty to think how we teach them to manage their time for studies, religious and other healthy activities so they may know their duties towards their family and others instead of insisting and demanding their rights..

Specially girls should do some household work like dusting, washing clothes and exercises like rope jump etc. Take deep breath on rooftop is a good helping aid for our youth living in small houses..it will protect them from asthma like diseases..

Educational stress..


Educational stresses are many like..

1:Heavy bags cause shoulder pain and stress their nerves..

2: Tension of exams, studies results in dead appetite and angry personality..

3:Parents pressurise their kids to show extraordinary performance in studies results in bad health and stress.. The load of their parents wishes cause damage of their own personality..

Lack of wish of others help..


in old times people did their household work themselves with their hands like work in fields, dusting their homes, grinding wheat, washing their clothes etc and their health was good.. They were always ready to help others because their living and diet was simple.. But today everywhere is fried junk food with no exercise and lot of useless stress.. So health issues are increasing day by day..

Pure heart..

Pure heart is another important stimulus for healthy life. If heart is pure ready to help others then surely god will help us to do good deeds. If heart is spoiled with bad thoughts and we don't like to help others then we will not able to do anything good for others..

Easy lifestyle, junk food and lack of exercise is causing different diseases that are roots of depression and anxiety..

Time management..


Time management is important factor for healthy life.. Sleep and awake on time, eat on time always results in peaceful heart..

Time management is big issue today even webinars and classes are conducted to teach this important factor..work is more than time..

Secret of success is in this rule that we should not waste even few minutes in useless activities so don't waste your precious time and always invest it in positive useful activities..

Positive thinking..


it is the most important factor influencing our health deeply. Anger, envy,feeling of displeasure and hostility results in sick body and brain..

Selfishness is in human nature but should be replaced with selflessness.. We should teach our youth to be selfless to feel others pain and sorrow and help others to solve their issues..

Treatment...


1:Barley oats cooked and sweetened with 1 tablespoon of honey is the best cure of mental tiredness.

2: Also take water continuously..

3: Take one pinch of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey in one cup of milk at night before sleep..

4: Pray to god for forgiveness of all sins is always a magical cure.. Heart relation with god will always solve problem like a magic..
