How Satan inspired Christian Bale to play the persona of Dick Cheney?
Christian Bale is known for completely immerse in his role for movies. He has always preferred real body transitions to play different characters. His recent release VICE was no exception in which he played the role of former American Vice President Dick Cheney.
Dick Cheney is known as one of most secretive leaders in US history who enjoyed absolute power with George W. Bush. His is known for his blunt initiatives like:
- Iraq War
- Wiretapping by the National Security Agency
- Enhanced interrogation techniques
While receiving his award for Best Actor in in a Musical or Comedy at Golden Globe Awards 2019, Bale said:
Thank you to Satan for giving me inspiration on how to play this role.
Satan is a famous mythical character traits of which can exists in some physical humans too. Bale might be referring to Cheney has Satan himself for his inspiration.
This was a very inspirational quote mentioned in the movie but what could happen if Satan himself decides to play the role of Quiet Man( again not referring to mythical figure).
