Sense of responsibility begins with oneself.
Conscious and readiness to accept liability for an actions.
This is an exceptional attribute in every leadership arena.
Taking responsibility for one's environment might also be a character that stands out amidst a crowd.
You can only be a better person if you will always see yourself as the driver of success and failure,
then you choose which you want. Your world had been given to you.

Above all, no man can succeed without God.
Success without God is a bait for massive fall.
God's is permanent.
