WE END UP LIVING LIKE WE ARE NEVER GOING TO DIE AND THEN DIE NEVER HAVING TRULY LIVED.

WHEN ASKED WHAT SURPRISES HIM MOST ABOUT HUMANITY, DALAI LAMA ANSWERED, "WE SACRIFICE OUR HEALTH IN ORDER TO GET WEALTH AND THEN WE SACRIFICE OUR WEALTH TO GET BACK OUR HEALTH". Its hilarious how we are so focused and obsessed with the future that we do not make the most of the present. The result being, we dont live in the present nor the future. Unfortunately, we live in a generation that is characterised by social status and as such success is measured by how much our bank accounts holds.Our greedy habits forces us to stack as much money,hoping that will bring along happiness and some sense of relief to our incongruence. The human race is soo anxious and driven by material things that we end up loosing ourselves and our touch for humanity.

We are soo glued to our office desk that we forget the little things the matters like spending quality time with the family or taking a vacation.I looked up on a survey lately and it says that most employees refused to take their annual leave.its outrageous how we are so rooted to our routines. but honestly ,can mondays be more meaningful? ,can tuesdays be less torture? ,can wednesdays be more worth it? ,can thursdays be more transformative? ,can fridays be more fulfilling? . We live for the weekend but end up feeling weak . We count down the next 50 weeks,knowing that there is another 50 years. We count down for the next escape knowing that there isnt really one.We are told that its normal to have a 9:00 to 5:00 job to work nine months in a row only for one month leave with a paycheck. Who came up with that? Lets reclaim our lives

Lets not work soo hard for a job that would replace you quickly if you dropped dead.
