Brew Day!
Hello!
It's brew day, today!
I haven't brewed for a while so I felt a bit rusty, but still most of it went smoothly!
The beer I made today was an American IPA.
I have brewed many IPAs before, but this time I decided to test something new.
I didn't add so much bittering hops, instead I put a lot of hops in the end of the boil to get hopefully more hoppy and fruity beer with lots of aromas and flavors! :)
I have heard that many breweries have started to do it this way lately.
I will also add tons of hops when I am dry hopping my beer!
Let's see how it turns out! :)
It will be ready around Christmas time/New Year's Eve.
