Sometimes, when people have big positions, they have low esteem and doesnt feel they worth that position, because of that they start working more or try to act like they earn it and they fake alot.
Its not a bad thing acting for a short period of time but doing this forever its not a way of life, people will see and will "smell" you well.
Your value will drop lower than before beeing on that position.
By definition, wearing a mask means you want to be who you want to be, not who you are on the present.
The irony here is that the guest author pretended this was his own work ...
