Day 174 Badminton

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

Just a small update today as I'm going to change things up a bit starting tomorrow. Summer vacation is over and I'm going back to my regular routines. This means badminton with a friend on monday. It's not sure if we will find a suited moment to play weekly again, if not I will likely start doing bikram yoga again. The days off from betting have not been a great success so far, I did make progression again when it comes down to my social activities but also reverted back into some of the old bad habbits. There are a couple shows I'm following from the new tv season which had me on the couch in front of the tv for a couple evenings. (not a good thing)

On Tuesday I will go home as usual and meet with a friend afterwards. On Wednesday I plan to go on a speed date and Thurseday my Weekly tennis session with some friends followed by some tennis lessons for a hour will be back. The weekend will be packed with betting again for a while.
