Day 325 | Weekly Goals & Objectives #17

In these weekly posts I try to set myself some goals and follow up what has been achieved in order to find a better balance and move forward in my life.

Week #16 Summary


This week, if anything was very profitable for me and I need more of these weeks in order to escape the current rat race I'm in. Every day pretty much feels the same right now and it can be quite a challenge mentally when there are no real short term results. Anyway, when it comes down to my personal goals it was a rather difficult week. I notice that going off my routine can put me off a bit. I had to skip on both my Thursday and friday yoga class because I had other social things planned. It all does feel a bit like a double edged sword. A rather boring tight routine doing the same predictable things really works for me to get things done and get the longer term benefits even though I also want some more variation. For now I will just stick to what works and keep things the way they are. In the summer time I should have plenty of time to put 100% focus again on myself like the original 100 day challenge I started out with.

I think I found my way of going about my sleeping routine. I stay up a bit later which gives me a bit of extra time to relax and have been waking up without an alarm clock around 08:00 each day getting out of bed around 09:00. This gives me a solid 8 hours of sleep each night and has me ready at a reasonable hour in the morning.

Week #17 objectives

For now I will continue to go about things in a similar way, mostly focussed on earning money and keeping a tight routine when it comes down to joining my hot yoga classes. I should go at least 3 times each week and if possible 4 times.
