Day 433 | Daily Routine For 30 Days
My days in the month of june will be very much planned and organized and I will leave myself little wiggle room. A lot will be aimed toward the daily hot yoga class, daily runs & reps which will take up quite some time.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (approximately)
- 07:00-08:00 : Wake Up Routine:
- 08:30 : Morning Run + Morning Reps + Shower + Eat
- 10:30 : 'Work & Daily Blogging'
- 12:30: Eat + Power Nap
- 13:30: Afternoon activity (Getting things done)
- 17:30-20:15: Hot Yoga
- 20:15: Recovery Eating
- 20:30: Free Time (Go Out, watch tv or a Movie, play a Game)
- 23:00-00:00 Actifit Reports + Sleep
Tuesday
Off Day Visiting Family
Saturday
09:30 - 12:15: Hot Yoga
17:00 : Daily Run + Reps
I'm done with all the planning, now it's time to get to action and make the absolute best I possibly can out of this month !
