Day 438 | Gaining Strength

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

I'm now 5 days into my 30 day daily work out challenge and I'm already feeling my overall strength incrasing. I still have some excess weight but that should come off in no time if I continue this lifestyle. Every day is kind of the same and I do lack the mental power to get much done aside from the goal I have set. As I move on and fully get used to it all, I will start doing more and also get social again.


I think I found my perfect running distance which is about 4km. I might increase it a bit over time but will keep it there right now first seeing how my body holds up with all the activity 6 days in a row.

Most of the pain in my muscles was much more bareble on Wednesday aside from doing push-ups which still hurts. I managed to quite easily do all the reps and also might get them up as I move along and get stronger. I might also start adding some weights to the squads and weaken the resistance bank lto fully remove it later on.

I went to bed early again feeling it would be a waste of time to keep up later. I had some neck pain again thoug but I'm not sure where I came from. Hopefully it will be gone again soon. I also made my room a lot darker which extended my sleep with an hour.

The eating healthy part has so far been the easiest aspect since I'm too busy with all the daily activity.
