Day 443 | Increased Fitness

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

On Monday I did more of the same starting out with a morning run with some reps afterward, some more reps in the afternoon and a hot yoga session in the evening also completing the actifit goal. If anything, I do feel my overall fitness level and endurance have increased a lot already these past 10 days. I will have to up my activity even a bit more mostly on the reps. I hardly see a a change in my body so far though aside from my skin that's 100x better compared to around 3 weeks ago. I'm also starting to feel a bigger need and motivation to get more social again. This month with full focus on my activity so far has been the perfect excuse to stay in my own bubble.

I did a 30 minute run in the morning which narely causes me to sweat and gives no leg stiffness whatsoever the day after. I don't want to force it though so I will likely keep it around this time and distance in the near future.

I continue to slowly increase the reps and will be starting to add weights to the squads soon.

For some reason I was already awake around 5 AM this moring feeling fully rested.

I continue to eat healthy plant based but am not watching my calories whatsoever and might start doing that in the near future. Plenty of nuts and seeds along with plant based protien and plenty of fruit probably probably has me taking in quite a lot of calories daily. I'm not that sure that I'm in much of a deficit.

Which app are you using when running? I am trying out runtastic.
Also had the idea to do a morning run before going to work, but I couldn't get up :(
