Day 503 | Kitchen Friday + Reps
Now that the soccer season is in full force again, I'm making a habit out of taking time on friday evening to prepare some fresh heathy food for the weekend. I made some tomato soup yesterday packed with different vegetables and beans which should provide my body everything it needs.
I also started doing some reps yesterday on my power station but I'm still not taking it very seriously. About 15 pull-ups | 15 chin-ups | 20 push-ups. Nothing to write home about, but at least it's a start. Due to rain and lack of time i had to skip on the lunchbreak yoga class.
